Kuwait International Law School (KILAW) is the only private law school in Kuwait, offering legal education leading to LL.B and LL.M, and presents itself as a school of excellence. More broadly KILAW is based on teaching and research activities by establishing The Kuwait International Legal Studies and Research Centre (KILRC) to support and fund research that enriches the knowledge and effectiveness of legal practices.
KILAW values the importance of academic relations with other Arab and international universities and institutions. It has adopted a policy of engaging with others through a range of agreements for academic cooperation with selected international universities and institutions in addition to obtaining a number of academic, institutional and program accreditation certificates from the following bodies:
Academic and institutional accreditation from the Private Universities Council (PUC)
International Academic Accreditation for the English Language Program from Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA)
International Academic Accreditation from The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) – UK
