Kuwait International Law school is committed to supporting all students in their academic and co-curricular endeavors and in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 8 of 2010 regarding the rights of persons with disabilities, Kuwait international law school provides academic support and reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities and special needs to ensure equal educational opportunities.

Students who wish to request reasonable accommodations must submit students’ health disclosure Form included in the admission application.

Student must submit verified disability documentations no older than 5 years.

Students must submit an Accommodation Request Form at the beginning of each semester (Link is in Student portal)

The social services office reviews each student’s situation individually, assessing the request and relevant documentation.

The social services office will meet the student to discuss required accommodations and its availability.

An individual accommodation plan will be developed for each student to match their needs and to ensure equal access to KILAW programs.

The faculty members and the student will receive the student’s accommodation plan via email.

The student accommodation plan is for the semester in which he is enrolled, and to obtain it again, the student must submit a new application at the beginning of each semester.

يقوم مكتب الخدمة الاجتماعية بمراجعة حالة كل طالب على حدة وتقييم الطلب والوثائق ذات الصلة
يقوم مكتب الخدمة الاجتماعية بمقابلة الطالب لمناقشة التسهيلات المطلوبة ومدى توفرها
يقوم مكتب الخدمة الإجتماعية بإعداد خطة فردية بالتسهيلات المعقولة لكل طالب لتتناسب مع احتياجاتهم لضمان المساواة في الوصول إلى البرامج التعليمية بالكلية
يقوم مكتب الخدمة الإجتماعية بإرسال بريد الكتروني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والطالب بخطة التسهيلات الفردية الممنوحة له
