Throughout its long career, human societies have succeeded in establishing and developing a range of guarantees covering all areas of law (public, private, penal, international, financial, commercial, etc.) covering various areas of public and private activity. These guarantees, together with other factors, have been a source of stability and development, which have given them increased importance and vitality in the lives of nations and contemporary societies. However, these guarantees have faced many challenges in recent years, both in terms of development and implementation or towards establishing their presence, especially because of the current changes and transformations taking place in the world.<\/p>\n
Due to the importance of this topic, and in the context of its keenness to link academic research with contemporary societal challenges, Kuwait International Law School decided to hold its Fifth Annual Conference entitled “Contemporary Challenges of Legal Guarantees in a Changing World” on 9 and 10 May 2018<\/strong>. The School has the honor to invite legal researchers to participate with research papers in any of the proposed themes to enrich the conference through discussing this important and vital subject. The School will pay the travel and accommodation expenses for researchers whose research papers are accepted by the Conference’s Academic Committee.<\/p>\n<\/div>
