Abstract

Mechanisms to stimulate foreign investment Study for international models International trade relations have witnessed a major transformation at the present time, which led to an escalation of competition between countries to attract foreign direct investment. These transformations were mainly devoted to the signs of economic globalization by removing various restrictions, obstacles and providing incentives and guarantees to facilitate their entry into the local markets.

We also do not deny that the rapid and increasing increase of international trade and the volume of international financial exchanges, including foreign direct investment, which has become one of the most important milestones in the performance of the global economy and the most important manifestation of its globalization. In this context, all countries have had to keep pace with these transformations. For this reason, most of the countries of the world had to adopt a set of economic and political reforms aimed at encouraging foreign investment in their countries. These reforms have been highlighted in tight legal systems in which a set of guarantees and incentives are identified, with the aim of attracting this type of investment, not to mention the authorities ’keenness to make more efforts to improve the climate of stable and safe investment work, so that the foreign investor receives approval from one side and meets the aspirations of the host country. On the other hand So we will try, through this topic, to know the climate that some countries have provided to attract foreign investment in their country and the efforts of their governments to create a stable investment environment? exposure to the following points within a systematic plan: First - legal mechanisms used to attract foreign investment (study of models) o   Second - incentives and obstacles for foreign investment in host countries o   Third - prospects for foreign investment
