Professor David Morgan is a full time professor at KILAW and the Head of the English Legal Courses Department. Prof. Morgan was the former Dean of the University College Cork,Ireland.

His field of interest is Public Law, Planning Law, EU, and Law Reform. He holds a Bachelor and Master degree from London, UK, and a PhD from National University of Ireland. His publications are primarily in the field of Public Law.
