Master Degree (LLM)
The Program's Mission and Objectives
To participate in providing a legal education to a generation of men and women that equips them with a higher degree in law which meets the highest level of graduate, professional international standards.
1-Granting the master degree in Law and a master degree in Law with disciplines associated with law to qualify the graduates to academically and professionally to meet the needs of the market.
2- Enhancing the legal education and culture as well as enhancing the opportunities for lawyers to increase their skills and qualifications.
3- Introducing innovative approaches in dealing with controversial legal issues whether related to Kuwaiti society and/or to general legal norms and knowledge.
Higher Institute for Graduate Studies of Master Programs:
The executive committee of the programs is comprised from:
a- Director of the Institute for graduate studies
b- Programs chief or section head as applicable: who manages the programs and is responsible for their academic, administrative and executive aspects.
c- Two selected members of the faculty by the Dean pursuant to the specialization of any given program, except if a department for a program already exists, such department shall appoint the two.
