Abstract

The revolution of information and modern technology that sparked its sparks in the last decade of the last century led to a revolution in all areas of life, where modern technologies are used in various scientific, social and economic fields, which had a great impact on the emergence of electronic public administration and the spread of e-government projects with a view to exploiting technologies Modern to serve its interests and encourage investment. Therefore, many countries rushed to take advantage of technological development by using modern technologies to solve the problems of delay in deciding cases and facilitating litigation procedures to become lawsuit in investment disputes all electronic to achieve the completed justice, as the use of modern technologies in the niche of the judiciary does not affect its essence according to the basics and guarantees Litigation. The problem of research The research raises a problem in the face of extreme challenges represented in the desire to make a qualitative shift in traditional litigation procedures in investment disputes and to replace them electronically without prejudice to the litigation guarantees guaranteed by the law. Research objective The research aims to solve the problem of slow litigation through the use of modern technologies to develop litigation procedures in investment disputes in order to find rapid work mechanisms to end any judicial dispute with the aim of attracting investments and the success of development plans, by setting an electronic procedural judicial system in investment disputes. Research Methodology The research is based on the comparative analytical approach, between the current legislative and judicial reality and between the hoped-for legislation and action, which is the most appropriate approach to the subject of the research.
