Abstract
In this research, the researcher examined the role and effects of electronic contracts in investment business, and where those contracts are related to e-commerce concluded via the Internet, he took three pictures: the first picture: contracting via conversation and direct viewing, and the second image: contracting through a website related to commerce And the offer of goods or services by trade, and the third image: contracting via e-mail, by sending a message to a company or factory in which the desire to buy something is expressed, so the Internet becomes a means of transmission of acceptance and acceptance via e-mail. Thus, it became possible to conclude contracts and express consent and will to buy or sell using an electronic tool (the Internet), and the importance of this research appears in identifying the nature of the electronic contracting procedure in its conception, knowledge of its reality, and its jurisprudential and legal adaptation and organization And activate it, and the challenges it faces.
