Abstract
No country can achieve sustainable economic growth without access to reliable energy in the years to come ,energy will play an increasing role in cooperation between countries in order to promote renewable energy investments ,as investing in the filed of renewable energy is investing in a sustainable and comfortable future ,so the investor before he choose the country in which he will invest,looks at the energy potential in it,as it represents the level of safety and in order to promote investment in the fields of renewable energy investments and make the investor feel safe and the authority responsible for enacting laws should go to enacting legislation that encourages renewable energy investments and making the investor feel safe ,and the state also includes installing solar cells as condition in public tenders that it submits yo its government institution .we will clarify this with research
