Abstract
Investment plays an important role in the economies of the world, especially as it aims to increase the capital of the host countries by attracting the largest possible amount of investments to them, in return the investment flow requires a solid and integrated economic, political and legal environment, in order for the foreign investor to be attracted and achieve its goals. However, the capabilities of countries differ on creating an investment climate in their countries, and this is what made a big economic difference between them
