Abstract
The research deals with legal provisions for company that participation private sector in public projects, that called project company according to Egyptian law No 67 / 2010 .We divided search into four sections , In first section we talk about what it is and conditions for establishing a project company , in second section we talk about effects of establishing project company ,it includes her rights , obligations and penalty for breach of its obligations . In third section we talk about company management and control it . In fourth section we talk about expiration of company , finally we conclude with a conclusion that includes the results and recommendations .
