Abstract

This paper aims to shed light on the legal protection of the principle of legitimate expectation in administrative disputes and their impact on encouraging investment. The law's predictability is an important principle for achieving legal security and legitimate expectation, which based on objective principles. The judiciary defines the idea of Legitimacy and Reasonableness, and the importance of research is its interest in practical and scientific aspects, in the need for the legislator to observe this principle in enacting legislation, the direction of the administration in issuing its decisions, and encouraging the judiciary to establish it.
