Abstract

In light of the desire of the Arab countries seeking to attract investments and the keenness of investors on their rights, the importance of arbitration is increasing for Arab countries, as a neutral and effective way to settle investment disputes, and the unified agreement for investing Arab capital in the Arab countries has gone along with the international community in caring for arbitration as a way to settle disputes of investment contracts. Because it is a tool linked to the new world economic order. Therefore, it is necessary to review the arbitration provisions in the agreement, prepare a unified Arab agreement for arbitration in investment disputes to keep pace with the developments of the information and communications technology revolution, establish an Arab center for arbitration, and activate the role of the Arab Investment Court in resolving investment disputes between Arab countries in the light of the amendments made to Agreement.
