Abstract

This paper aims to highlight the importance of establishing freedom of investment in the Algerian constitution, which is a fundamental guarantee for the protection of economic rights and freedoms and who is the role of constitutional control in ensuring respect for laws related to the regulation of freedom of investment to encourage and increase opportunities for the success of projects, it would not be achieved without activating these texts in order to ensure positive Consecration to the exercise of freedom of investment and provide legal guarantees for investment in a way that supports national economic development, establishes an appropriate business climate to attract investment and support principles of free competition.
